Legion & Lewis Creative acquires a new client: The Town of Brunswick, NC.

Legion & Lewis is excited to announce a new client: The Town of Brunswick, NC.

Legion & Lewis Creative (LLC) has been retained by Mayor Jason Elleby to rebrand The Town of Brunswick, NC, starting with an updated town website. This is an exciting beginning to a partnership that is expected to produce new information avenues and engagements for residents. Additionally, LLC will be responsible for the brand identity for the town’s July fireworks show.

Mayor Elleby’s thoughts about this new chapter: “I’m excited about the direction we’re heading and what this partnership means for Brunswick. A modern website and a strong brand for our fireworks show will help us better connect with residents, attract visitors, and showcase the progress our town is making. I’m looking forward to seeing Brunswick presented in a way that truly reflects our pride, growth, and vision for the future.”

Details regarding the re-launch of the town’s website, and its features, will be made available to the residents and the general public in March 2026. Plans Are Underway To Celebrate The Beaver in Columbus County!

After Groundhog Day 2026, a suggestion was made online for Columbus County to have its own animal that sees its shadow ahead of the Spring season. A group of community leaders are working, a year in advance, to make that a reality with The Beaver.

This initiative follows over a year of planning for a wildlife-themed community event this fall, with the beaver serving as the central theme. Columbus County residents likely recall this hard-working creature being mentioned in countless conversations about swamplands and stormwater flooding. In large part, this project aims to extend the conversation about the link between our natural wetlands and flooding, while celebrating the region’s amazing wildlife and swamp ecosystem.

Further details about this effort will be released to the public on March 21st, 2026. To join the mailing list or discuss ways you can become involved, please send an email to ColcoBeavers@gmail.com.
